Congressional Research Digital Collection (CRDC)
The ProQuest® Congressional Research Digital Collection combines Congressional Research Service (CRS) reports and congressional committee prints into one easy-to-use optional module available through ProQuest Congressional or as a stand-alone product. It contains comprehensive information on a wide variety of topics. The ProQuest Congressional Research Digital Collection includes abstracting, indexing, bibliographic information, and searchable PDFs for CRS reports from 1916-present and committee prints from 1830-present. Note that access to this collection is dependent on your institution's purchase/subscription arrangement. Not all institutions have arranged to access the collection, and some institutions have arranged to access only the retrospective collection which does not include any data after 2003, or the prospective collection which does not include any data prior to 2004.
