How do I access the Congressional Record Permanent Digital Collection?

• Use the Basic Search Form (Congressional Publications), Advanced Search Form (Congressional Publications), or Search By Number Form (Congressional Publications) to search the Congressional Record in conjunction with other congressional publication types or to use controlled vocabulary indexing in your search (from Basic Search or Advanced Search).

• To search special features only available in the Congressional Record and its predecessor publications, use the options in the pulldown menu marked Cong Rec Bound Only.

  The daily version of the Congressional Record will continue to be available to ProQuest Congressional basic subscribers, and can be accessed through the Basic, Advanced, or Search by Number Search Forms.
