- Selects the Get a Document tab.
- Chooses "Rules of Congress" from the Select Document Type drop-down list.
- Types 27 in the box and leaves the default set at House Rules.
- Clicks Search, but retrieves no results.
- Selects the Keyword Search tab and selects "Rules of Congress" from the Search Within options.
- Types statutory limit on the public debt in the box and clicks Search.
- Retrieves results and chooses the rule from the 109th Congress.
- Realizes that it is numbered XXVII rather than 27.
