  1. Selects Daily Congressional Record & Rules from the navigation bar.
  2. Selects the Get a Document tab.
  3. Chooses "Rules of Congress" from the Select Document Type drop-down list.
  4. Types 27 in the box and leaves the default set at House Rules.
  5. Clicks Search, but retrieves no results.
  6. Selects the Keyword Search tab and selects "Rules of Congress" from the Search Within options.
  7. Types statutory limit on the public debt in the box and clicks Search.
  8. Retrieves results and chooses the rule from the 109th Congress.
  9. Realizes that it is numbered XXVII rather than 27.

Tip:

If you are looking for a Congressional rule number, use Roman numerals or search by topic.
